We Bake Memories

Welcome to the Blue Ridge Bakery! Our cakes, pies, cookies, pastries, and lunches are made fresh daily using regional home-style recipes and local natural ingredients. We are happy to serve Brevard and the surrounding areas. You'll find us on Broad Street halfway between downtown and the high school, right across from the Unitarian church.

Open:         Monday -Friday: 7 AM to 6 PM                  Saturday: 8 AM to 4 PM

Happy New Year!  We are rested and refreshed and ready to start a new year of cooking classes at the bakery.  As always, please let us know if there is something you would like us to teach and I will research it for feasibility.
