We Bake Memories

Welcome to the Blue Ridge Bakery! Our cakes, pies, cookies, pastries, and lunches are made fresh daily using regional home-style recipes and local natural ingredients. We are happy to serve Brevard and the surrounding areas. You'll find us on Broad Street halfway between downtown and the high school, right across from the Unitarian church.

Open:         Monday -Friday: 7 AM to 6 PM                  Saturday: 8 AM to 4 PM

Ready to learn something new - and have a blast doing it? Join us for cooking classes at the bakery including our new Guest Chef series.  Classes are filling up quickly these days, so we are scrambling and rearranging schedules to keep our clients happy, well fed and cooking! Some classes are being offered twice - check out the list! We will have May's schedule out very soon.  Look for some new classes and our Guest Chef in May will be Jose Rosario from Trailblazers Bar & Grill.  He is going to cook homestyle Puerto Rican food.  Can't wait for that! As always, please let us know if there is something you would like us to teach and I will research it for feasibility.
