Tuesday, September 10: Simple Sheet Pan Dinners


We first did this as a private cooking class, but the food was so good, we might as well share it with everyone! On the menu: 1) Roasted Chicken and Bell Peppers, 2) Spicy Chipotle Chicken Wings with Sweet Potato Wedges, topped with Cilantro & Lime Yogurt, 3) Paprika Roasted Corn with Scallions, Feta & Lime, 4) Roasted Zucchini, Eggplant & Tomatoes with Feta & Pine Nuts, 5) Smoky Sausage, Sweet potatoes & Red Onions and for dessert, Amaretti-Filled Roasted Nectarines. $40

Tuesday, September 17: Simple Sheet Pan Vegetables

Can you tell I love sheet pan dinners? It’s so easy to toss and bake, and everything comes out so delicious! On the menu: 1) Beet, Dill and Gorgonzola Tarts with Capers & Walnuts, 2 )Roasted Eggplants with Mozzarella, Chile, Lemon & Parsley, 3) Sage-Roasted Butternut Squash & Mushrooms with Feta & Tomatoes, 4) Oven Baked Asparagus & Parmesan Tortilla, 5) Spiced Roasted Cauliflower, Sweet Potato & Okra with Yogurt & Almonds, and for dessert, a Sticky Date, Molasses & Coconut Tart. $40 Vegetarian.

Wednesday, September 18: Upside Down Cakes

Join Lindsey Briscoe as she shows us how to make some of the most interesting upside-down cakes I have ever seen! We will be baking the following cakes: Bananas Foster Upside Down Cake, Bacon & Rum Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Nectarine & Salted Caramel Upside Down Cake, Ombre Citrus Upside Down Cake, Boozy Pina Colada Upside Down Cake, and Whiskey Spiked Cherry Upside Down Cake. $40

Tuesday, September 24: Butternut Squash 

We had a serious garden invader this summer….it was butternut squash! Luckily, it’s a great vegetable that can live in your basement all winter long. This class is a repeat from last year-and the food was fabulous! On the menu: 1) Butternut Squash & Sausage Salad, 2) Fried Butternut Squash with Spicy Honey, 3) Cheesy Phyllo Cups with Butternut Squash, 4) Prosciutto wrapped butternut squash, and 5) Butternut Squash Bisque with shrimp. Look for a different butternut squash class coming in October. $40

Tuesday, October 1: Gametime Grub

Are you ready for some football?! We do this class every September, because it is hands down the best tailgate food EVER. Teriyaki chicken wings, Reuben Pigs in Blankets, Poblano Peppers Stuffed with Shrimp, Rice & Chorizo, Mini Muffulettas and Triple Pork Sliders. Go Team! $40

Tuesday, August 6: Greek Summer Foods


My Dad loved to garden and every year, he would grow the things that his family grew in

the Mountains of Greece. Summer eating at home was simple, yet amazing because we ate
everything the day it was picked. In this class, we will revisit the summer foods of my youth,
with a few new touches. Yemista are tomatoes and peppers stuffed with rice and veggies and
baked until soft and sweet, Tomato-cucumber salad served with fresh bread to sop up the
juices, fava dip, Yiayia Kiki’s famous Lima Bean Salad, Greek Horta (Greens) boiled and served
with olive oil and lemon, Roka Salad (arugula is called Roka in Greece) and for dessert, Fresh
fruit drizzled with honey and topped with Crumbled Manouri. $40. Vegetarian.

Wednesday, August 7: Lindsey's Famous Pretzel Class

Our most awesome pastry chef, Lindsey Briscoe is back with her almost famous pretzel
class! If you have never done this class, you really should-it’s really fun and very hands on! If
you have done this class, come back again and learn some new ways to make pretzels. $40.

Tuesday, August 13: All The Salmon

My favorite fish is on the menu for this class. All the salmon recipes you could ask for,
all in one place! Come hang out with us as we learn several ways to bake salmon: Crunchy
Baked Salmon, Garlic Butter Salmon, Maple & Soy Glazed Salmon and Salmon with Dill &
Potatoes. For a little salmon variety, we will also use smoked salmon to make Breakfast Bowls
and Pasta Salad. We will top off our evening with Salmon Burgers with Wasabi Mayonnaise.
$40 Pescatarian.

Tuesday, August 20: Thug Kitchen - Tacos, Enchiladas & Burritos

If you have ever had the Chickpea and Smoked Almond Salad at the bakery, then you
know a little about Thug Kitchen and how great the food is. This is our Mexican-ish version of
great homemade food that happens to be good for you too. On the menu: Lentil Tacos with
Carrot-Jicama Slaw, Sweet Potato, Squash, and Black Bean Enchiladas, Roasted Chickpea
and Broccoli Burritos, Roasted Beer & Lime Cauliflower Tacos with Cilantro Coleslaw and BBQ
Bean Burritos with Grilled Peach Salsa. $40. Vegan.

Tuesday, August 27: Basic Thai

This is a class from many years ago that is still very popular; Basic Thai will teach you
the flavors and spices of Thai food in an easy to use way. We will learn to make a basic red
curry, a basic green curry and a basic Pad Thai and we will learn various ways to cook these
curries. As a bonus, we will make Thai Coconut Shrimp Lettuce Wraps for our appetizer and
Coconut Pudding Cake for dessert. $40.
